- feelings of distress, shame, and guilt about these urges and fantasies
- feelings of sexual frustration and isolation due to these urges
- interest in child pornography
It’s also very common for gender dysphoria, homosexuals, and all the mental illness gradients of measurement in between to have a propensity toward pedophilia.
